This Means War

Light, funny romantic comedy + people getting killed = naturally, I loved it. Though I really wish there had been more violence and a better plot with regard to the action part. But yes - I liked it. Except...

I hate that she chose FDR. (Also really? FDR? It's a mouthful for a nickname. Not realistic.) What is it with women wanting to end up with a reformed rake? Plus, you know, Chris Pine is cute and his eyes are --if I may be a girl for a moment-- dreamy, but COME ON. TUCK/TOM HARDY HANDS DOWN. He's a great father, he's sweet and tough. Why would you choose a somewhat slimy, full of himself dude over that?

Worse, we are expected to believe that all it takes is one great girl to make a 'bad guy' into a great man. What a horrid implication.
